1 · What we collect

When you reserve a module or sign up for the waitlist we store your email address and, optionally, the make and model of your vehicle. We use this information to keep you updated about your order, shipping, and firmware releases.

Once your Excell module is installed, the companion app may stream telemetry (boost, AFR, ignition timing, fuel blend) to our servers if you opt in to cloud sync. Telemetry is associated with your account, never sold, and used only to improve tune quality and deliver firmware updates.

2 · How we use it

We use your data to fulfill orders, provide product support, send firmware notifications, and analyze aggregate performance trends across the fleet. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3 · Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@excell.app. Account deletion removes your telemetry from our cloud within 30 days.

4 · Cookies & analytics

Our marketing site uses privacy-first analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
