1 · Acceptance
By reserving, purchasing, or installing an Excell module, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2 · Reservations & shipping
A reservation secures your place in the production queue but does not guarantee a delivery date. Founder pricing applies to the first 500 confirmed orders. Reservations are fully refundable until the unit ships.
3 · Vehicle compatibility
Excell is designed for compatible flex-fuel-capable vehicles. You are responsible for verifying that your vehicle, fuel system, and emissions configuration support E85 operation in your jurisdiction. Excell is sold for off-road and motorsport use where local law restricts emissions modifications.
4 · Warranty & liability
Excell modules carry a 2-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. We are not liable for engine damage, emissions violations, voided manufacturer warranties, or other consequential losses arising from installation, tuning, or operation of the product.
5 · Firmware & updates
Founder units receive lifetime firmware updates. We may modify, add, or retire features over time. We reserve the right to throttle or disable features that pose a safety risk or violate applicable law.
6 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Excell Systems is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
